Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

2. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.

3. Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.

4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.

5. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.

6. Schedule and manage meeting rooms, appointments, and calendars when required.

7. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

8. Coordinate with internal departments for office needs and support tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.

2. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
