Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner
Handle front-desk duties including calls, visitor management, and inquiries
Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure proper display of products
Explain products/services to customers and support sales activities
Maintain customer records, billing support, and basic documentation
Coordinate with sales, service, and administrative teams
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and discipline in the showroom
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist, Showroom Executive, or similar role
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software is an advantage)
Presentable, well-organized, and customer-oriented
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently
