female candidate

who can handle

telecalling

, manage the

reception desk

daily office operations

Key Responsibilities:



Answer incoming calls and make follow-up calls to clients/customers Greet and attend visitors at the reception Maintain basic office records and coordinate daily admin tasks Assist with client inquiries, bookings, and appointments Handle basic emails and follow-ups Coordinate with team members for smooth office functioning

Requirements:



Good communication skills in

Hindi and basic English

Polite, well-spoken, and presentable Basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, WhatsApp, email, etc.) Prior experience in telecalling or receptionist role is a plus Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate Female candidates preferred
