Key Responsibilities



Front Desk Management:

Greeting visitors with a professional and welcoming attitude.

Outbound Calling:

Making calls to potential leads, explaining services/products, and scheduling appointments.

Inbound Handling:

Managing incoming calls, filtering inquiries, and redirecting them to the concerned departments.

Administrative Support:

Maintaining visitor logs, managing basic data entry, and handling emails.

Candidate Profile



Smart & Presentable:

Must maintain a professional appearance and a positive demeanor.

Vocal & Articulate:

Excellent command over [Insert Language, e.g., English/Hindi/Local Language] with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.

Confident:

Ability to handle objections over the phone and interact comfortably with walk-in clients.

Tech-Savvy:

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel) and email handling.
