We are hiring a Receptionist/Telecaller for our software company. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors professionally.
Manage inbound calls and route them to the appropriate departments.
Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding our software products/services.
Maintain call logs, customer inquiry records, and daily reports.
Schedule meetings and manage appointments.
Handle administrative tasks including email communication, document management, and data entry.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification
: Graduate (Any stream).
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (optional).
Presentable, polite, and confident personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, email handling, and internet usage.
Experience in Reception, Telecalling, Front Office, or Customer Support is an advantage.
0-1 year of experience is a added advantage.
