We are looking for a polite, confident, and well-spoken individual to manage front desk operations and handle telecalling activities. You will greet visitors, manage calls, provide information to students/parents, maintain office records, and support the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and students and assist them professionally.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Provide information about courses and admission procedures.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain front office records.
Perform basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, coordination).
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills in
English & Hindi

Microsoft Office
and basic computer operations.
Positive attitude, good presentation, and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage calls, handle pressure, and maintain accuracy.
