Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Telecaller cum Receptionist to manage front-office operations and handle outbound/inbound customer interactions across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Reception Duties:



Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and queries for multiple brands. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups. Maintain reception area and ensure it reflects the professional image of all brands. Handle documentation, filing, and basic administrative tasks.

Tele calling Duties:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients for lead generation, sales follow-ups, or customer feedback. Answer inbound calls and queries professionally, providing accurate information about products/services. Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems. Promote multiple brands and cross-sell services where applicable.

Other Responsibilities:



Coordinate with internal teams for smooth interdepartmental communication. Assist in organizing promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns. Report daily/weekly activities and feedback to management.

Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum 1-3 years of experience in tele calling and/or front-office/reception roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Telugu, English and Hindi Friendly, professional, and presentable. Good organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently. Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and basic administrative tools.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
