The Retail Showroom Coordinator manages daily showroom operations, supports sales activities, handles customer service, and oversees administrative and basic accounts-related tasks. The role requires strong coordination, product knowledge, and a professional approach to showroom management--preferably with experience in the tile or building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers; understand their requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain showroom displays, product samples, catalogs, and ensure overall showroom cleanliness and presentation.
Handle basic accounts-related tasks such as billing, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and maintaining records.
Perform admin duties including documentation, stock registers, purchase entries, and daily reporting.
Manage customer queries, phone calls, appointment scheduling, and lead follow-ups.
Prepare quotations, maintain enquiry logs, and update sales trackers.
Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for sample and order status.
Ensure availability of marketing materials, brochures, and display boards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).
1-3 years of experience in showroom coordination, preferably in
tiles or building materials industry
.
Knowledge of
basic accounts
, billing, and documentation. (ERP , Tally )
Strong communication, customer handling, and sales support skills.
Good knowledge of
showroom maintenance, admin work, and product display management
.
Proficiency in MS Excel, billing software, and data entry.
