Job description Anytime Fitness is looking for energetic, enthusiastic people that are passionate about health and fitness to join our team.\xe2\x80\xaf The focus should be to increase the sales of the company.   • Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they enter and exit the club\xc2\xb7
  • Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner\xc2\xb7
  • Manage and follow-up on 100% of Leads, referrals, Missed Guests, and any other opportunities.
  • Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls.
Soft Skills -
  • Prior sales experience required.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Passion for delivering customer service
  • Effective ability to clearly communicate with members, guests, coworkers and managers.
  • The ability to multi-task.
  • Handling cash and other transactions at Point of Sale.
  • The employee should always be well groomed and neat.
  • Have a can-do attitude and embraces failure as an opportunity to grow and learn.
