Job Summary:
The Receptionist cum Personal Assistant is responsible for managing front-desk operations while providing high-level administrative and personal support to senior management. The role combines customer-facing duties with confidential executive assistance, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; handle basic inquiries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
Administrative & Personal Assistance:
Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist in organizing corporate events, conferences, and meetings.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of delegated work.
Maintain office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and manage basic administrative functions.
Support personal errands and appointments of the executive when required.
Required Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Educational Qualification & Experience:
Education: Graduate degree (preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field).
Experience: 2-5 years in a similar role as receptionist, executive assistant, or personal assistant.
Preferred: Experience in corporate, hospitality, or service-based environments.
Work Environment:
Office-based role with front-facing responsibilities.
May require occasional extended hours or availability outside normal working hours to support the executive.
