Greet and assist clients, visitors, and members with a welcoming attitude
Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
Maintain visitor logbooks and ensure smooth check-ins/check-outs
Administrative Support
Manage office supplies, mail, and vendor coordination
Handle petty cash, billing, and daily expense records
Support management in scheduling and documentation
Customer Service & Space Coordination
Address member queries and provide information about facilities
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure cleanliness & readiness
Support marketing or event activities when needed
