Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries. Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per company policy. Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and interviews. Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Coordinate with office staff for general administrative needs. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Support HR or management with travel bookings, meeting arrangements, or company events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Education:

Minimum Bachelor's degree/DIPLOMA/GRADUATE preferred.

Experience:

Fresher & 1-3 years in a similar front-office or customer-facing role. Excellent verbal and written communication (English & Hindi). Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Polite, professional, and presentable demeanor. Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
