We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organized

Receptionist

to be the face of our company. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment while efficiently handling front desk responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors and clients Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner Handle inquiries and provide basic information Manage appointment schedules and visitor logs Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries Provide administrative support to other departments as needed

Requirements:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Polite, presentable, and professional demeanor Minimum qualification: 10th or plus two
