We are looking for a female receptionist cum HR assistant who can efficiently manage the front desk and also assist in basic HR and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be polite, well-spoken, and presentable, with good communication and computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Office Administration:
Greet and attend to visitors and calls in a professional manner.
Handle phone calls, emails, and messages.
Maintain visitor and attendance records.
Manage courier, inward/outward documents, and filing.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
Support day-to-day administrative work as needed.
HR Assistant Activities:
Assist HR in maintaining employee attendance and leave records.
Help in onboarding new employees (documentation, ID card, joining form, etc.).
Support recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate data).
Help in maintaining employee files and HR documentation.
Assist in planning and organizing HR activities and communication.
Coordinate with staff for internal notices, forms, and communication.

Requirements:
Female candidate only.
Graduate in any stream.
Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).
