Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum HR. This dual role will be the first point of contact and provide essential administrative and human resources support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a keen interest in learning HR functions.

Responsibilities:



Manage the front desk, greeting visitors, and handling calls and inquiries. Manage mail, deliveries, and assist with scheduling and meeting coordination. Provide general administrative support, including data entry and document preparation. Assist with HR administrative tasks, including employee records and onboarding support. Support recruitment activities like job postings and interview scheduling. Assist in organizing HR-related events and preparing basic reports. Handle basic employee HR queries.

Requirements:



0-2 years of experience in a front-office, administrative, or HR support role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. High level of professionalism and discretion. Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
