Key Responsibilities Receptionist Duties
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring cleanliness and a professional appearance.
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
HR Duties
Assist with recruitment (scheduling interviews, screening resumes, coordinating with candidates).
Onboard new employees (document collection, orientation scheduling, induction support).
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Support HR with attendance tracking and leave management.
Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
Assist in drafting HR letters (offer letters, experience letters, etc.).
Help with payroll input or coordination with accounts, if needed.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Organizational and time-management skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws (a plus).
People skills, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
