We are looking for a well-presented, customer-focused Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; redirect them to appropriate departments. Maintain visitor logs, issue passes, and ensure adherence to security protocols. Handle reception area upkeep--cleanliness, decor, and organization. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and office supplies. Provide basic administrative support to HR/Operations teams. Assist in organizing office events and meetings. Maintain records, files, and databases where required. Support with travel arrangements and vendor coordination when needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
