The Receptionist will manage the front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office supply inventory
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
Ensure compliance with security protocols for visitors
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Professional attitude and appearance
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday , 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
