We are looking for a professional and well-organized
Receptionist / Front Office Executive
to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Answer and transfer phone calls politely and professionally
Maintain visitor registers and front desk records
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
Keep the reception area clean and presentable
Support administrative and clerical tasks
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive in a professional environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and email management
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Hands-on experience with MS Office suite and email management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
