About the Role:
We are looking for a
Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
to join our team on a contract basis. The role is ideal for a fresher (12th pass / Graduate) who is confident, well-spoken, and eager to learn. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also supporting basic admin activities. An accounts background will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle front desk operations: attend calls, greet visitors, and manage inquiries.
Coordinate with internal teams and assist in daily office operations.
Maintain records, files, and documentation as required.
Provide support in admin-related tasks and office coordination.
Assist with basic accounting tasks (if applicable, preferred).
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the reception area.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduate (preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
Accounts background will be an added advantage.

6-9 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
