Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, etc.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth front-desk operations
Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary
