Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth front-office operations.
Provide basic and accurate information to clients in person and via phone/email.
