We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, and a commitment to customer service. As the face of our organization, the receptionist will greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide administrative support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Assist in the coordination of meetings and office events
Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Support other administrative staff as needed
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
