Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
Coordinate with clients and explain the company's business plans and services.
Assist clients by answering basic questions and providing information.
Schedule meetings and manage appointments.
Maintain visitor records and basic office documentation.
Support the sales or business team in client coordination.
Travel to client locations, meetings, or company events when required.
Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain business plans clearly and confidently.
Presentable, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp).
Willingness to travel as per business needs.
Qualification
Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream).
Experience as a receptionist or client handling role preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
