Greet visitors, clients, and vendors professionally and direct them to the concerned person/department.
Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and handle inquiries promptly.
Maintain a neat and welcoming reception area.
Customer Care & Client Handling
Attend to customer queries (phone, email, or in person) and provide basic information about services, ongoing projects, and office procedures.
Coordinate with the sales/marketing/operations team to resolve customer concerns.
Maintain a log of customer feedback, complaints, and follow-ups.

Candidates must have basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
