Position: Receptionist / Customer Relationship Manager

Location: Wadala East, Mumbai

Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Shift Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Age Requirement: 25 to 50 years

Gender: Open (Female preferred)

Salary: Up to ?20,000/month + Annual Bonus



We are looking for a sincere, detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer

interactions and support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Speak with customers daily on call to solve queries and provide support (in Fluent
English & Hindi)

Manage incoming client orders across various platforms (phone, email, WhatsApp,
Amazon, etc.) and Handle Entire Order to delivery process in a timely manner

Coordinate with internal teams for order process Provide excellent customer service & Issue Resolution with regular client updates Maintain and update customer data in Excel and our ERP software Follow up on payments and maintain accurate records in excel Follow up with customers for feedback, repeat orders, or any concerns Ensure a pleasant customer experience with timely and clear communication
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,576.89 - ?19,519.01 per month
