The Receptionist-cum-Relationship Manager is responsible for managing front desk operations while building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders. This role ensures a professional first impression of the organization and supports customer satisfaction through effective communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Front Desk Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the appropriate departments
Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security protocols
Manage appointment scheduling and meeting coordination
Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
Relationship Management Duties:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
Act as the first point of contact for client queries and concerns
Provide accurate information about company services and policies
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships
Administrative Support:
Assist with documentation, correspondence, and filing
Maintain records, databases, and office registers
Support management with reports and basic office administration
Coordinate courier, stationery, and office supplies
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
Problem-solving and conflict-handling skills
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
1-3 years of experience in reception, customer service, or relationship management roles
Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered
