Role Overview:



This is a hybrid role combining front-office reception duties with executive support. The individual will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients while also providing secretarial and administrative assistance to senior management. Professionalism, discretion, and multitasking ability are essential.

Key Skills Requirement:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with typing speed of 30-35 words per minute

Good organizational and time management skills

High level of discretion and professionalism

Fluent in English and Hindi

Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure

Qualifications:



Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree) Secretarial training or diploma in office administration is an advantage 3-5 years of experience in a similar role preferred, ideally in real estate or corporate settings

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
