to manage front desk operations. The ideal candidate should be able to handle visitors, phone calls, and basic administrative work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls
Manage appointments and maintain daily schedules
Maintain visitor register and basic records
Handle basic documentation, filing, and data entry
Coordinate with staff and management as required
Keep the reception area clean and organized
Handle basic inquiries and provide correct information
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification:
12th pass / Graduate preferred
Good communication skills in
English, Hindi , Nepali , Dzongkha
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
Pleasant personality and professional attitude
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
