We are seeking a well-spoken, presentable, and efficient
female Receptionist cum Computer Operator
to manage front desk responsibilities and handle day-to-day computer-based administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with visitors and staff while managing data and office systems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
Greet and attend to clients and visitors in a professional manner
Handle phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
Keep visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries
Computer & Office Duties:
Perform data entry and update internal databases accurately
Draft, type, and format official documents, letters, and reports
Schedule meetings and assist in managing calendars and appointments
Operate office equipment like computers, scanners, and printers
Maintain filing systems (both digital and physical)
Support other administrative staff as needed
Requirements:
Female candidates only (as per office requirements)
Minimum high school diploma; a diploma in secretarial or computer applications is an advantage
Good command of English and local language (spoken and written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
Professional appearance with good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
