We are looking for a dedicated and organized receptionist to join our team at Jiban Surakhsa Nursing Home. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer phone calls and provide information or direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
Schedule patient appointments and manage the calendar.
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in any relevant field is a plus).
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in basic office software (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare setting is a plus.
Working Hours:
12-hour shift
Flexible shift options available (day/night).
