About the Role:
Looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Receptionist to manage our front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
? Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
? Manage incoming calls -- answer, screen, and forward to relevant departments
? Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor passes
? Handle incoming and outgoing courier packages
? Manage front desk cleanliness and office supplies
? Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
? Assist HR/Admin with daily administrative tasks as required
? Maintain employee attendance records (if required)
? Handle enquiries and provide accurate information to clients/visitors
? Receive and distribute emails/messages across departments
Required Skills & Competencies:
=> Good verbal and written communication skills
=> Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
=> Pleasant personality and professional attitude
=> Multitasking and time-management skills
=> Customer-oriented approach and problem-solving ability
=> Ability to maintain confidentiality and discipline
