Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally and courteously.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence.
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments.
Oversee office administrative activities including supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
Support HR tasks such as onboarding, attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
Assist in recruitment activities -- job postings, initial screening, and scheduling interviews.
Prepare and manage office files, reports, and employee records.
Maintain an organized and welcoming office environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline .
1-3 years of relevant experience in reception, office administration, or HR / or freshers also apply with good skills or knowledge .
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficient in MS Office .
Organized, presentable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must be available for immediate joining.
Benefits
