To ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, assist in administrative tasks, and maintain effective communication between clients, visitors, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk and reception area.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other official communications.
Schedule meetings and prepare meeting rooms.
Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
Welcome visitors and provide necessary guidance.
Perform data entry and operate MS Office applications regularly.
Manage office inventory and stationery.
Coordinate company events and meetings.
Assist management in daily administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Graduation in any discipline
Experience: 1-3 years in office administration or front desk roles
Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English
Computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email handling, Basic Tally, Zoom
Professional grooming and presentation skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
Experience in a corporate office environment
Customer service background
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Full-time, office-based
