Administrative Support:
Prepare, maintain, and organize office documentation and filing systems (both physical and digital).
Manage office supplies, stationery, and other administrative requirements.
Support management with day-to-day office coordination tasks.
Client Interaction & Payments:
Communicate with clients regarding outstanding payments and follow up politely yet firmly.
Maintain payment records and update relevant reports.
Documentation & Quotations:
Prepare and send quotations to clients as per company guidelines.
Maintain quotation, invoice, and client correspondence records for easy retrieval.

Prepare and maintain Excel sheets for daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Track payments, quotations, and other administrative data in spreadsheets.
