Key responsibilities

Guest and visitor management:

Greet visitors, verify their identity, issue badges, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

Communication:

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; handle inquiries and provide general information.

Administrative support:

Perform tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and preparing documents.

Scheduling:

Manage appointment calendars, book conference rooms, and prepare them for meetings.

Mail and packages:

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries, and prepare outgoing mail and shipments.

Office upkeep:

Maintain a clean and presentable reception area, and monitor and order office supplies as needed.

Security:

Maintain security procedures, such as monitoring visitor logs and issuing access cards.
Essential skills

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, visitors, and staff.

Organization:

The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and stay organized is crucial for managing multiple responsibilities at once.

Computer proficiency:

Experience with office equipment like computers, phones, copiers, and fax machines, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite, is often required.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
