Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide professional customer service. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, greet visitors, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Manage the reception area and maintain a tidy, welcoming environment. Handle inquiries from clients and visitors, providing accurate information. Receive and distribute mail, packages, and correspondence. Schedule and coordinate appointments or meetings as required. Maintain records, files, and basic office inventory. Support other administrative tasks assigned by managements
Requirements:

Proven experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Minimum qualification: Graduate or Diploma in any field.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
