Role Description



This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include handling customer support calls, emails, and chats, managing customer accounts, providing product information, and troubleshooting issues.

Qualifications



Strong Customer Service skills and a focus on Customer Satisfaction Experience in Customer Support, including handling inquiries and resolving issues Ability to enhance the Customer Experience and ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively Prior experience in a similar role and in the industry is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
