We are looking for a 30-35 years old professional and well-organized
Receptionist for an Audit Firm
who can handle front-desk operations, coordinate with clients, collect required documents/data and support payroll processing. The ideal candidate should be confident, polite, and capable of maintaining confidentiality while dealing with financial and client information.
Responsibilities and Duties
Greet and assist clients visiting the audit firm.
Attend phone calls, schedule client appointments, and maintain booking calendars.
Collect documents, data, statements, and required information from clients for audits, filings, and accounts preparation.
Maintain client records, filing systems, and document trackers.
Coordinate between clients and audit staff for pending requirements.
Assist with
payroll preparation
such as collecting attendance details, preparing basic salary sheets for payroll processing.
Manage inward/outward mail, courier, and office communication.
Provide general administrative support to the audit team.
Qualifications and Skills
Any degree / diploma.
Prior experience in an Audit Firm (Mandatory).
Good communication skills in
Tamil & English
.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email, PDF tools).
Should be organised, punctual, and able to handle confidential information.
Good coordination and follow-up ability.
