Academic Receptionist & Admin Executive
to be the first point of contact for students and parents. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, counseling, and convincing skills with a pleasant and optimistic personality.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet students, parents, and visitors professionally and courteously
Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and WhatsApp/email queries
Counsel students and parents about courses, batches, fees, and schedules
Convince and convert inquiries into admissions
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth daily functioning
Maintain admission records, student data, and basic documentation
Support administrative activities and front-desk operations
Follow up with leads and ensure proper inquiry tracking
Required Skills & Qualities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong counseling and convincing abilities
Pleasant personality with a positive and optimistic attitude
Well-groomed, confident, and professional appearance
Ability to handle students and parents patiently
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, email handling)
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Eligibility:
Female candidates preferred
Experience in educational institutions or front-office roles is an added advantage
