Responsibilities:



Greet visitors warmly and professionally, handling inquiries and directing them to the appropriate person. Answer and manage phone calls efficiently, taking messages and scheduling appointments. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression. Process mail and deliveries accurately and efficiently. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
