Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming studio atmosphere.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
Schedule and confirm photography sessions and appointments.
Maintain client records, booking calendars, and daily schedules.
Coordinate with photographers and editors for smooth workflow.
Assist in managing payments, invoices, and receipts.
Support marketing activities such as social media updates and promotional messages.
Ensure the studio remains neat, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in
reception, administration, or customer service
preferred.
Excellent communication skills in
English and Tamil
.
Friendly, professional, and patient personality -- especially with families and children.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheets / WhatsApp Business).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn about studio operations.
