The Receptionist will handle front-desk operations, greet visitors, manage calls, and support general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to appropriate departments
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars
Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees, and guests
Follow company procedures and security protocols for visitor management
Qualifications
Any degree
Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role is preferred
Proficiency in multiple Indian languages (Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Hindi) and English is highly preferred
