We are looking for a polite and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations. The role includes attending visitors, handling calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly manner
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
Manage visitor entries and maintain the front office register
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers
Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, data entry)
Coordinate meeting room bookings
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
Support HR/Admin team with daily tasks whenever required
Key Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to multitask and handle pressure politely
Qualification
Any graduate / 12th pass
2-5 years of experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
