Receptionist
to be the first point of contact at our office. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle phone calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly.
Manage front desk activities including visitor logs, courier handling, and incoming/outgoing mail.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
Support HR/Admin team with onboarding and employee-related documentation when required.
Ensure compliance with security and office protocols.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and a customer-service oriented approach.
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Pay: ₹10,100.11 - ₹15,000.00 per month
