Job Description

Greet & Direct:

Welcome guests, announce visitors, and direct them to the right person or department.

Phone Handling:

Answer, screen, and forward calls, take messages, and handle inquiries professionally.

Mail & Deliveries:

Sort, distribute incoming mail, and prepare outgoing packages.
Administrative Support

Scheduling:

Manage appointments, coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, and arrange travel.

Record Keeping:

Maintain visitor logs, update databases, and manage filing systems.

Office Supplies:

Monitor stock and place orders for necessary supplies.

Document Handling:

Photocopy, file, draft emails, and prepare meeting materials.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
