We are looking for a well-organized and presentable
female Receptionist / Admin Executive
to manage front-desk operations along with back-office administrative activities. The candidate will be responsible for attendance management, courier handling, general administration, and supervising office support staff.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations and handle incoming calls, visitors, and inquiries
Maintain employee attendance records and daily registers
Handle inward and outward courier, dispatch tracking, and records
Perform back-office administrative tasks and documentation
Coordinate and supervise office assistant/support staff
Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry requirements
Assist in organizing meetings and maintaining meeting rooms
Maintain records, files, and basic MIS reports
Support HR and management with routine administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma preferred
1-3 years of experience as a receptionist or Admin Executive
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
Pleasant personality and professional appearance

Ability to handle routine office administration independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
