Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, well-groomed, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage the front desk of our real estate office. The role involves welcoming clients, handling inquiries, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a professional first impression for walk-in customers and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
Greet walk-in clients, channel partners, and visitors professionally
Understand basic customer requirements and inform the sales team accordingly
Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to property inquiries
Maintain walk-in, lead, and visitor registers
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team
Assist customers with brochures, project details, and basic information
Maintain a neat and presentable reception and waiting area
Coordinate with CRM or sales teams for lead entry and follow-ups
Handle courier, mail, and administrative coordination
Support sales and marketing activities when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English and local language (Hindi/regional language preferred)
Presentable personality with customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM preferred)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced sales environment
Educational Qualification
Minimum: Graduate in any discipline
Working Hours
