Job Title:

Front Desk Receptionist cum Telecaller

Location: Raj Rox Production - The Creative Floor, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur

Timing: Full-time | 10 AM - 7 PM (6 days/week)

Salary Range: ₹10,000 - ?18,000 (based on experience + performance bonus)

Raj Rox Production is a premium film, studio, and digital marketing company based in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur.

With over 7 years of filmmaking and advertising experience, we've built a modern creative hub -- The Creative Floor -- offering services like ad films, product shoots, podcast setups, and digital brand marketing.

We're looking for a confident, smart, and proactive Front Desk & Telecaller Executive who can represent our brand, handle client inquiries, and manage the daily studio floor operations with energy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Client Management

Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and guests with a positive attitude. Maintain a professional appearance and create a warm first impression. Handle walk-in clients, studio bookings, and visitor coordination. Manage front-desk operations: calls, appointments, and client follow-ups.
Telecalling & Lead Handling

Call prospective clients from the leads list (production houses, brands, creators, businesses). Explain Raj Rox Production's services -- ad shoots, product shoots, digital marketing, podcasts, etc. Convert inquiries into confirmed meetings and bookings. Maintain lead records in Excel/CRM and track daily calling targets.
Floor Coordination

Coordinate with the internal team (editors, DOPs, social media team) to manage client schedules. Assist in studio maintenance, shoot scheduling, and day-to-day floor activity. Handle small office logistics and ensure smooth client movement on the floor.
Skills & Personality We're Looking For

Excellent communication in Hindi & English Smart, confident, and well-groomed personality Strong client handling and persuasion skills Good organizational and multitasking ability Energetic, positive, and responsible attitude Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Drive, etc.)
Preferred Experience

1-3 years of experience in reception, client handling, or telecalling (studio, media, hospitality, or marketing background preferred) Freshers with excellent communication and personality may also apply.
