We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our
front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and
clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for the company, the
Receptionist will ensure that all clients, visitors, and callers receive prompt
and courteous service, creating a positive first impression of the
organization
Salary :
?3 LPA - ?4.5 LPA (based on experience & performance)

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
Operate and manage the EPBX system efficiently.
Route incoming calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
Log missed calls, messages, and ensure follow-ups are done.
Ensure showroom area is presentable and customer-ready at all times
Coordinate with the sales or showroom team to manage client visits.
Supervise daily housekeeping tasks and ensure cleanliness of reception, workstations, meeting rooms, and washrooms.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean and professional
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and data entry
Assist HR department.
Monitor and order office supplies as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
